The customer placing a booking with Silver Service will be charged an $11 booking fee, as well as the taxi meter rate and any other applicable charges. This $11 fee provides for the luxury vehicle and Silver guarantee.

Silver Service will guarantee the replacement price of plane, train or bus ticket where delays in our service have affected our client's travel.

This is dependent upon bookings made more than 2 hours in advance and allowing one hour before intended travel.

The overall liability is limited to $500.
