Recent changes:
- on smaller screens, the dashboard is back as the default launch activity
- choose between the dashboard and note list as the launch activity in settings
- in-app playback for voice recordings is back
- redesigned controls for voice and file attachments
- slight performance tweak for loading time of the note list

Note: new permission (read phone state) is so that Catch can detect when there is an incoming phone call and pause playback of a voice recording if one is playing.
